Clients are to pay LifeCare Centres a cancellation fee of $50.00 (HST included) for any sessions that they fail to provide sufficient notice for. LifeCare Centres requires at least 24-hours’ notice before the appointment start time to avoid this cancellation fee. Insurance companies will not pay for late cancellations or missed appointments. If a client misses two or more sessions without giving 24-hours or more notice, LifeCare Centres reserves the right to suspend or terminate therapy by letter or phone call.
