
Brittany is skilled in assisting children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide variety of mental health concerns as well as the daily stressors and challenges that life brings. Brittany practices from a person-centred, trauma-informed, and integrative approach of Emotion-Focused and Narrative therapies. Brittany is able to offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and skills based training as fitting with client’s treatment goals.
Brittany received her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. She is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the CRPO, and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the CCPA. Brittany brings a variety of experience from her work in the non-profit sector serving youth and their families, as well as years of experience in psychology and mental health research and volunteer services.
Brittany enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends. She loves to find the adventure in both the big and small experiences of life, to travel, eat well, and relax with a good book or movie.
