Pamela is a key contributor to the assessment practice and has conducted hundreds of assessments for the purposes of selection and performance management. She is passionate on working with clients on their journey of self-development and personal success which includes developing emotional intelligence and conscious awareness. Pamela believes that coaching is a leadership behaviour that lies at the opposite end of the spectrum to command and control, and in effect addresses the whole person, not just ‘the role’ and business issues. This can cover a breadth of issues, such as dealing with the immediate obstacles that are preventing growth, personal communication and impact as well as building the vision and plan against a life’s dream and goal. Clients find that coaching is about the marriage of a persons’ potential with performance.
Pamela also provides training seminars and workshops in the areas of leadership, mental health, trauma, compassion fatigue, and she is a skilled instructor, providing College level courses in Psychology. God has given her a passion for missions as she has trained National Leaders in Cambodia, Vietnam, Bangladesh and India on reaching the most vulnerable which include those rescued from sex trafficking. Pamela is married and has three young adult children and is often found with a book in her hand because of her love of reading and learning.
