Leslie Noble is a caring, compassionate, and courageous individual who celebrates daring to do life differently. She considers it an honour to walk alongside clients on their unique and sacred journeys of transformation and is sincerely committed to providing a compassionate space to feel known, heard and accepted.

Over the past 40 years, Leslie has worked in a variety of settings including community agencies, the media, corporate marketing and music entrepreneurship. Pursuing her lifelong dream of studying psychology mid-life, Leslie feels privileged in helping people that may feel stuck or unsure of how to address difficult personal or relational issues.

In supporting clients of all ages and stages, Leslie’s areas of focus include addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship and parenting challenges, and life transitions. Leslie also has experience helping children, youth and their families navigate the complexities of family and blended-family dynamics.

Committed to growth in the latest evidence-based modalities, Leslie draws from a wide range of collaborative, client-centred strategies including play and narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, internal family systems and spiritually integrated psychotherapy.

Leslie Noble enjoys playing the French Horn, kayaking and cloud gazing. Her perfect day would involve a long hike in the woods with beloved two and four-legged companions, topped off by some non-competitive Scrabble with pie warming in the oven.
